About The Five Fishermen Restaurant & Grill
Executive Chef, Jeffrey W. McInnis
A native of Halifax, Jeff honed his skills both here at home and across Canada. After stints in Ontario with Pat and Mario’s, Jeff returned to Nova Scotia and joined RCR hospitality. Together with his mentor, Chef Ron MacMaster, Jeff helped RCR launch such restaurants as Le Bistro, Ryan Duffy’s, Waterfront Warehouse and Pier 22.
In 2008 Jeff had the opportunity to join the culinary team at Fox Harbour as Executive Sous Chef and was eventually offered the position of Executive Chef. In 2011 Jeff left Fox Harbour to take the position as Executive Chef of the renowned Five Fishermen Restaurant.
Jeff is a committed professional who strives to source the finest and freshest local ingredients to create memorable experiences for the discerning palate.
