Monday April 25th the Five Fishermen Restaurant and Grill was lucky enough to host Italy’s first master of wine. The Great Wines of Tuscany Master Tasting class was held here with Master of Wine Maurizio Colia. Maurizio has been working with Antinori wines for the past several years in Tuscany and was in town for only two exclusive events. Pictured below is Avery Gavel, our Sommelier, Maurizio and Nick Willwerth from Premier wines and Spirits.

Five Fishermen recently took part in a great seafood festival in Halifax called Catch. We met lots of wonderful people and want to say thank you again to the organizers for doing such a great job.

While we have just completed extensive renovations on the new Five Fisherman Grill restaurant on our lower level (now open - stop by), the upstairs restaurant is still serving the best seafood and chef's selections.
