first course

shrimp provençal

Garlic and sundried tomato, sautéed shrimp finished with

chardonnay and cream, served with sourdough croutons


braised beef ravioli

Hand made pasta stuffed with red wine braised beef

tenderloin and goat cheese with braised jus sauce and a

balsamic blueberry syrup


roasted beet salad

Local Chioggia, golden and red beets, pickled red onion,

orange supreme and shaved Grana Padano cheese with

champagne raspberry vinaigrette

second course

sesame crusted swordfish

Pan seared and oven roasted with shitake ginger rice pilaf,

steamed bok choy, wild forest mushroom consommé


filet mignon gratin

Grilled 6oz center cut beef tenderloin with bacon and

caramelized onion jam, parmesan crust, potato parsnip

mash, roast baby carrots and port demi glace


bbq pork tenderloin

Roasted with chipotle maple bbq sauce, sweet potato pave,

steamed broccolini and frizzled red onion


milk chocolate fondue

Strawberries, honeydew melon, pineapple, shortbread

cookies, almond biscotti
