"My food style has been described as “back to basic”. I have the good fortune & opportunity to have organic gardens and local purveyors at my fingertips. I like to use seasonal, local and preferably organic produce when possible. I believe in bringing out the best of any ingredient, showcasing it if you will. I have a penchant for Mediterranean food, but also love to incorporate flavours and ingredients from all over the world."
